You can peruse bullion, modern rare coins, classic collectibles, and ancient currency. If there's a particular coin you're looking for, Bullion Shark's representatives will try to find it for you.

Bullion Shark is also often an exclusive dealer of collectible sets. You can purchase presale items and have them shipped to you before anyone else. That's an advantage when it comes to collector's items with a huge demand. Also available are collector sets, which have a full set of different coins together.

If you're looking for pure bullion, that's an option too. In addition to traditional metals like platinum, gold, and silver, the company also offers some copper bullion items.

For those interested in history, you'll be thrilled by the company's different historical categories. Not only can you find gold minted prior to 1933, but you can also find coins from ancient civilizations and even shipwrecks.

The company's response has not been displayed publicly. But the customer did follow up to say that a satisfactory solution had been proposed, and that the issue was resolved. Presumably he was either refunded or given a new set of undamaged boxes instead.

One positive review said that the company's inventory and pricing were both impressive. The customer had been able to access newly issued coins before anyone else had them. He was happy with his sales representative, who he said was honest and knowledgeable.

Another positive review said that the knowledgeable employees were the greatest asset at the company. The reviewer stated that there was a high level of professionalism and integrity. He said that he had one representative that he worked with above all else because they'd developed a great working relationship. He further said that he trusted this representative's advice and pricing.

Other positive reviews also mention the professionalism, guidance, good service, solid pricing, and quick delivery speed.

However, there are some negative reviews. These are not official complaints, and they don't factor into the BBB's rating. The company has also not responded to any of them.

One person said that the products were fine, but the company began cold calling and spamming them after the purchase. Another said that he placed and confirmed an order, but then the order was cancelled because his item was out of stock. To add insult to injury, the item was back on the website the next day, except it was listed for a higher price.

Despite sending multiple emails, all he got was a response saying that the items wouldn't ship yet due to being on presale. In April, the customer was told the coins had shipped in January. The customer didn't get a tracking number, the package never showed up, and the company made no offer to look for a lost package.

Customers have said that the communication is poor, items are often out of stock, and one even said that he lost his entire investment after his package was lost in the mail.

The most concerning thing is that these customers seem to have had a very hard time resolving their issues. Bullion Shark is unwilling to provide customer service over the phone, so customers have to email. And they don't seem to respond to their emails in a timely or helpful manner. Several customers said they sent emails for weeks without getting any helpful information back.

The company does have an excellent product selection, though, as long as the items are actually in its inventory. It also gives customers access to presale items that aren't available anywhere else. Once the items ship out, the customers are some of the first people to own these collectible pieces.

But because of the negative feedback, we can't recommend this company overall. It's better to work with a company that has more positive reviews and that responds more easily to any negative criticism.
