Frequently Asked Questions - Using Registry Data in Your Survivorship Care Plans

Currently, CNExT (by C/NET Solutions), Elekta, ERS and Rocky Mountain Cancer Data Systems enable patient data to be exported from their registry product to the Cancer Care Plan Builder (Survivorship Care Plan Builder). Approximately, 60% of your Care Plans can be filled in with your registry data in this way. For assistance in enabling the export from CNExT or ERS, please contact your registry's technical support:

Journey Forward is currently working with several other registry providers to enable a similar functionality from their systems. If you would like to export patient data to from your registry (and you don't use C/NET Solutions, ERS or Rocky Mountain Cancer Data Systems, please contact your registry provider and share this page with them.

Approximately, 60% of the information in a Survivorship Care Plan can be filled in with your registry data. The remainder of the plan can then be quickly completed with the Cancer Care Plan Builder.
