Frequently Asked Questions - Journey Forward Program Questions

Dear Cancer Community:

Journey Forward will be closing shop on December 31, 2019, having met the cancer care planning needs of thousands of survivors and healthcare providers over the past decade.

Journey Forward was launched in 2008 to fill a critical gap in care delivery, believing that every survivor deserves a cancer care plan. Now there are numerous excellent healthcare provider and patient resources available and we are confident that they can meet your needs. Closer to the end of the year, we will provide you with links to these resources so we don’t leave you hanging. So, please plan to check back.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Warmly,
Journey Forward collaborators
